Putin is The Cobra Commander of 2022
While Putler is the name applied to Russia’s current head of state by the controlled media and Twitter mob, I think a more apt name would be Cobra Commander or maybe a diabolical mustache twirling Bond villain.
No other nation like Russia has learned the art of asymmetrical war. When faced with a foe that has overwhelming superiority militarily and more importantly economic, and you are situated on an awkward spot of geography, that is difficult to defend but which has many things other people jealously want, you learn to understand and face down the next colour revolution.
It can initiate financial and social upheaval in its adversaries nations. Create world food shortages that would see the global south make their way to the undefended borders of the welfare states of Western Europe.
And should it ever be threatened in an existential way, it has many options to respond.
